What to attach
For a preliminary assessment, useful materials include photographs of the goods and packaging, delivery documents, the contract, delivery notes, records, the claim, storage/transport information or an expert report for review.

Other regions
Documents can be examined and reviews prepared remotely if direct inspection is not required. The possibility of shipping objects or arranging a visit is assessed separately.
