Geographical coverage
The main service region is Moscow and the Moscow Region. For other regions, remote work based on documents, shipment of objects or a visit may be possible by agreement, if appropriate for the task.
Moscow Region
A visit to the location where the goods or batch are stored is possible by prior agreement, taking the volume of objects and inspection conditions into account.
Other regions of Russia
Document-based examinations and report reviews can be performed remotely if the nature of the question and quality of the materials allow work without direct inspection. Shipment or a visit is discussed separately.
Format
When direct inspection is required
If the conclusion depends on the goods' actual condition, the extent of defects, packaging, labelling or batch condition, an in-person inspection may be required. A preliminary assessment based on photographs and documents is possible, but the question asked determines whether that format is sufficient.

Describe the situation and attach the available documents and photographs. After reviewing them, the work format, required materials, cost and time frame can be determined.
- we will check whether the task falls within commodity examination competence;
- we will determine whether documents and an inspection are sufficient;
- if specialist tests are needed, we will identify the laboratory component;
- we will indicate a possible format for the result.
