Commodity examination
How we work
Before the examination begins, the object, questions, materials, result format, cost, time frame and need for inspection or a laboratory component are recorded.
Main stages
1Request. You briefly describe the situation and send the available materials.
2Preliminary assessment. Competence, sufficiency of data and the need for inspection are checked.
3Agreement. The questions, cost, time frame and result format are recorded.
4Examination. The object, documents, labelling, handling conditions and applicable regulatory and technical documentation (НТД) are examined.
5Conclusions. A reasoned document is prepared, with appendices where necessary.
6Delivery. The result is sent by the agreed method.
What affects the time frame
- the number of products and batch size;
- the number of questions and materials;
- the need for a site visit, inspection and participation by the parties;
- whether laboratory tests are involved;
- the need to request additional documents or regulatory information.
Court appointment
For a court-appointed examination, the procedure is also determined by the procedural document and the rules for communicating with the appointing body. The expert must not arbitrarily include materials in the examination that have not been provided under the established procedure.
